We were visiting Hannover from Canada to attend a wedding. The Amadeus was conveniently situated. We found the room to be excellent. The buffet breakfast included with the room was first class, one of the best I have had. The staff spoke English quite well and we had no problems communicating

A nice but not spectacular hotel. Has everything you need in terms of facilities for a few nights stay. 30 minute walk into the centre with good transport links as well. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Really pleasant stay and great value.

They dont have resturant
We just tok one night and we booked this hotel for the resturant. We arrived late with two kids and wanted to eat something before we got to bed. When we check in they told us that they dont have any resturant for today. We had to put the kids in a taxi, paid 30 euro to a resturant and 30 euro back to the hotel and the eavning was late. If they had inform us about this we had booked a nother hotel and paid less. Also the reception was rude

Im Familienzimmer knärzendes Kingbett, ebenso geräuschvolles Hochbett aus Holz. Leider Totalausfall Fernseher und Telefon während des Aufenthalts, keine Möglichkeit zur Problembehebung, Gast müsste umziehen, was sich bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie mit Gepäck in ser letzten von zwei Nächten nicht mehr rentiert hätte. Normalerweise leise, wenig Geräusche von der Straße, nur leider Mädchenhockeyverein gerade eingecheckt und dadurch insbesondere Nachts laut. Bad eher im Style einer Rehaklinik vor 20 Jahren. Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl und sehr lecker, Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Leider wiegt das Zimmer und seine Mängel mehr als das tolle Essen und daher werden wir uns das nächste Mal in Hannover trorzdem ein anderes Hotel suchen.
