없는 전화번호, 존재하지 않는호텔
예약후 택시를 타고 갔으나 호텔스닷컴이 알려준 주소에는 호텔이 존재하지 않았다. 홈페이지상의 전화로 통화를 몇차례 해보았으나 없는 번호라고 나왔다. 현지인들의 도움을 받아 호텔을 찾기위해 한시간 이상을 검색하고 찾아다녀 보았으나 결국 호텔찾는 것을 포기할수밖에 없었다. 결국 비용만 날리고 우리는 다른 숙박시설을 이용했다. 나는 호텔스닷컴이 환불해주기를 요구한다.
