"This property was perfect for our needs and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Even better was the service from the manager of the property. She was attentive, made everything easy and even took us to the train station. I would highly recommend this property. "

"Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. "

"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"The apartment was very spacious & spotlessly clean. Heating was very efficient & double glazing meant we often turned it off - even in December. Hosts were very welcoming & helpful - providing information, booking taxis etc. We also appreciated the effort placed on recycling garbage. The location of Bonobo was perfect for us - a short walk to all the many points of interest in Brugge. "

"Such a welcoming and cosy home in Bruges - not far to walk to the centre and toasty warm coming back from the Christmas markets. Lots of space for us all to spread out (7) and the home is very beautiful to be in. Beds all super comfortable with crisp linen too. The house doesn’t actually have a hot tub - it’s an indoor jacuzzi bath but there is a sauna with double shower. The kitchen is well equipped although the kettle didn’t work when we were there . Would recommend."

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"We spent 4 nights over Christmas at the property and had a lovely time. It is in a great location to explore the area, close to the motorway, but in a quiet rural area surrounded by fields. The property is well equipped and has a great kitchen with a fantastic oven. We didn't really make the most of the garden due to it being cold and damp but it was nice to have a safe enclosed space for our dog to explore. It would be a great place to relax in the summer.We made good use of the log burner...

"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. "Thank you to the hotel staff for my stay with my parents there. The front desk was always ready to help and attentive which is great when you are a tourist. "We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting the Christmas Market. The location was excellent. A short walk to the main market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the drain in our bathroom and the had it sorted right away. Would definitely stay with them again. "

Gorgeous spa hotel in central Bruges

"Dukes' Arches hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway in Bruges! We were away for my husband's 30th birthday, so I was looking for somewhere special - we had a premium double room in the main building, and the room was cosy, clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Really comfortable. Staff at the hotel were also lovely, and really helpful. LOVED having a gym, sauna & steam room to use. Small city, so nice having these facilities for relaxing in the afternoon! Would highly recommend. "
