The gorgeous crystal clear Smith River is visible/walkable from the back porch, and this is a *perfect* home base location to see the Redwoods in the prime JS area. "The ranch is beautiful!! Douglas and his wife were so welcoming and wanted to ensure our 6 year old had as wonderful of a time as we did. "Okay I will do my best to explain the magic this BNB holds:) I was treated by the most fun happy and truly genuine human on arrival. The actual bnb was darling and had all the lovely charms and warmth that accompanies years of travelers and stories. The view from the living area in the morning was unworldly. My room was quaint and had a nice claw foot tub. It was clean and had so many small touches. They had an area by the kitchen to store food for patrons along with fresh coffee and tea station. This bnb is old, so please be aware the walls are thin but I love this charm. There were warm blankets and bathrobe along with a hot tub that was 24 hour use. This Bnb and service was phenomenal and I can’t wait to stay here again. "
