"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. "The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."
