Heating worked a treat intact had to open windows to cool down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, resolved an issue with broken hair dryer swiftly. Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival...

"Second time staying at Tresors d'Opale and not the last! It's a lovely property, clean and very comfortable with quality kitchen and beds. The delicious bakery is 2 mins walk away and the beautiful beach about 5/10 mins walk either through town or the dunes. We love Le Touquet but find this place relaxing and much quieter...and cheaper! This time, we didn't like the fact we were in an inter-connecting room, we could hear every noise and conversation from next door, so make sure you don't get one...

"We are enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is ideal for 2 people and had everything we needed as well as being in a superb location. It is worth climbing the 38 steps for the great views of the beach! We found the bed very comfortable and there was no problem with the mattress. The only inaccuracy in the online description was stating that there was a hot tub (we certainly didn't expect one in this type of property.)."

"On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80...

"Studio flat on top floor with big long balcony to sit on and enjoy the views. Flat has all you need for a seaside break."

"It didn’t quite live up to expectations from photos. It’s quite basic and tired and wasn’t terribly clean. We had an issue with the power the first night, but a friendly neighbour sorted it out in the morning. The owner was sending someone round which we didn’t need in the end, so she was very responsive."

"Set in woods the apartments are very clean and well equipped. Staff are very helpful but you do need a car to get anything no shop on premises."

"Isabelle is an outstanding host. She made every effort to ensure that our visit was as comfortable as it could be. We had a minor issue in the property but she went above and beyond to fix it and make our holiday the memorable trip that it was. The beach was beatiful, it has great sand for building castles, waves for the kids to body board and even old ruins to explore (just beware of the broken glass). We had a wonderful holiday and I'd love to do it again. Thank you Isabelle."

A well earned break!

"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."

Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival was back in my account by the evening of our return home. Apartment is a15 min stroll into main shopping/ restaurant area. A longer steep uphill trek to the walled town ( approximately steady 30 mins."
