"Third time renting a property for a trip to visit my student at SUNY Cortland. Best property by far! Spotlessly clean, adorable, everything you could need! I simultaneously want to tell everyone about it and totally gatekeep it for myself but if you found it, book it. Unless I want it. "The house was beautiful with 5 large bedrooms with private baths, a large table that we could all eat together and plenty of room to spread iut as well. We had 5 couples so this was wonderful. The house was newly built and decorated as it had been a barn before. We enjoyed the game and TV room after wonderful days spent hiking and at the wineries. I would recommend this property to any big group."

"Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus.
