"飯店所在地點相當方便，鄰近三宮各車站與各種美食及餐廳。巷口有激安的殿堂，附近也有lawson與全家便利商店。 飯店位於巷子內，相當安靜，隔音也滿好的。 本次被安排於10樓，在房間的窗戶可看到神戶塔。 飯店內有大浴場，相當舒服。 服務人員相當親切，辦理入住與退房的手續都相當快。 唯一缺點是電梯只有2台，需要花比較多時間等待。"

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty.
