"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"

"A fantastic family home from home although the area not so good the nearby park was full of drunks and druggies so couldnt be enjoyed. The undercover area could do with a face lift as it was very dirty so this let the property down a bit over all a great house just wish we could of picked it up and moved it somewhere nicer."

We've stayed once as a couple & now with a young child & the facilities & activities the staff set up is wonderful. All so accommodating with kids. "Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay "
