"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

Nicole also provided lots of information about the area and local shops and restaurants. Queens Park area was perfect for us especially the easy walk to the train which has both overland and underground access. Quick to get into the city and in Zone 2. "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

Bedroom sizes were accurate and heating was great.Only negative is there is no dishwasher and most of the plates, glasses and cutlery were not clean when we arrived so I had to hand wash everything prior to using it.Elisa was very easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had."

"The flat was affordable, and perfect for what we neeeded at the time. It was well finished and kitchen, bathroom and wifi worked well. However, the lock of the room never worked. Please, could this get fixed as it should not have been left broken in the first place. Another guest for the wedding walked into the room during the night."
