"We have stayed many times. I love so much about this hotel. The staff are so kind. We love the pool and hot tub. We also love the rooms. The only downside is they really need some new mattresses. Those were rough but given everything else was so great, I just overlooked it. Also.. make sure to bring your own pillows. "

"We loved where we stayed, last minute we ended up having to bring our dog, therefore we were placed in a “pet friendly” room. We have a small maltese. Maltese do not shed or carry allergies. My husband ended up having a very bad allergy attack from our room from previous dogs. We had to get him medicine. There was dog hair on all of the sofa & throw pillows. It got all on our clothes as well. We were able to find a blanket in the closet to throw over the couch, it helped a little. Saying that, hotels need to have seperate rooms for dogs such as Maltese or even poodles that don’t shed or carry pet dander. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"What's weird is we stayed here twice. Once on 6/1 and another time about a week later. The first time on 6/1 was excellent ... lobby staff was great and very personable. Parking for the motorcycles was in front of the lobby undercover due to rain. The room was good and beds okay (I slept well). Breakfast was typical hotel fare but got us started for the day. Their complimentary coffee was also excellent. The second time we stayed at this same property was the opposite experience. Lobby staff were disinterested and didn't appear to care that we were there, our room had a stopped up toilet that seemed to take forever to get fixed, the manager (I think) kept running outside yelling at a gardener, ad nauseum. Safe to say I cannot recommend this property."

"Simple to get off 90 and in a block or two it was easy to find. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful when issues did come up and immediately addressed the problems. The Continental breakfast was I thought exceptional and coffee was available 24 hours. The pool area was great and clean. It was simple to get to from 90 and had a Zips and gas station all at an easy walk or drive and Cabela's and Walmart an easy trip without getting onto the freeway. Coeur d Alene was about a ten minute drive on 90 east and Spokane WA. around 20 to 30 minutes west. Lots of local parks and water activities in the Post Falls area. Coeur d Alene motels have priced themselves out of our budget having doubled in prices since covid and parking in the Hagadone and park and beach areas the cities greed has eliminated all the free parking in the nice areas. Traffic is really hard to deal with on weekends. We will not hesitate to visit the Motel and while not swanky it really was a congenial location for a stay and fit our needs very well. "

"Easy check in and a nice comfortable room. Housekeeping forgot to clear out the fridge from the previous guests, but other than that everything was great. Nice breakfast in the morning. "
