"If you want to unplug and have a secluded location, this is definitely the cabin you need. I had requested central air but found out too late that there is only a window AC unit in the dining area. But the nights were fairly cool and with the fan I brought I was very comfortable. Mattresses, furniture and carpet were all old but we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin so we only used it a little. But being a pet friendly cabin, I didn’t expect it to be newly renovated."

"For our purposes this cabin worked out perfectly. Went up for a weekend with friends, didn’t want to spend a ton of time at the cabin other than Sleeping and cooking with our pontoon with us. Cabin was clean, ice cold AC, and “steaming” hot water. Ken was responsive in the only message I had to send him. Only recommendation is if you have a boat or a pontoon, probably best to pay $5 and launch near the marina, 2 minutes away; the launch on the canal is a bit shallow if you have a longer trailer....

"We spent a long weekend at the cabin right after Christmas and we had an amazing experience. The river is much closer to the cabin than what I anticipated and the windows from the cabin show a beautiful view! The cabin was clean and cozy with enough room for all six of us and our two German shepherds. It was such a relaxing place that I never wanted to leave. We can't wait to go back!"
