"The lady at the checkin counter was wonderful. She had excellent customer service and was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though it was very busy I didn’t feel rushed. Our room had an amazing view and was clean. Although it’s an older hotel and felt haunted in some areas it’s kept up well. It’s a very unique place to stay and if we weren’t sleeping or eating we spent every second down at the pools. Actually even after check out at 11:00 we were aloud to use the pools till 1 and we did! We just left our luggage with the bellman. I’ve stayed all over the lower mainland and this place has the most unique pools. We’d definitely come back. "

"Our room faced onto the lake with the mountains framing the water. It was a beautiful space that was quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway. I cant wait to go back!"

"We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back. "

"Hotel is within walking distance to the lake & restaurants. It has a nice view of the mountain on the back as well. In the morning, you could enjoy coffee on the balcony. No breakfast in the motel but the burger restaurant downstairs offers good breakfast. Parking is super easy to find. My only concern is some of the bathroom tiles were broken and not fixed. We accidentally kicked it on the way in & out and also making it hard to close the door of because they would pop out."

"The Nest at Bramblebank Cottages is an amazing place to stay. Cute and quiet. The hot tub inside the cottage is excellent. Super clean and warm. The host was amazing. She came quick to help with the procedures and everything was well put. Thank you to everyone at Bramblebank and we hope to see them soon."

"Home has all you need. Peace, Quiet, and pure relaxation. Our group of 4 (myself, spouse & my parents) had a great time. (Ages 40’s & 60’s) Enjoyed the home and lake views. Fire pit down by the lake was a favorite of ours. There is a clear path that is well lit with lights at night from the home to the lake. We brought walking sticks and had my parents utilize those on the path to the lake (wasn’t needed, but had just in case). Although there is a tv in the upstairs loft area. We only used it once on a movie night. All other time spent in this home was quality time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our host also provided a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh package of coffee (which we enjoyed both by the fire pit I referenced). The provided WiFi was a huge plus as some of our phone providers did not have the best service once we entered Canada. Our host was very responsive to all inquiries leading up to and during our stay. Even on the weekend, responses were very quick. This was very appreciated. Highly recommend.. plan to return in the future. "
