"The lady at the checkin counter was wonderful. She had excellent customer service and was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Even though it was very busy I didn’t feel rushed. "Hotel is within walking distance to the lake & restaurants. It has a nice view of the mountain on the back as well. In the morning, you could enjoy coffee on the balcony. No breakfast in the motel but the burger restaurant downstairs offers good breakfast. Parking is super easy to find. My only concern is some of the bathroom tiles were broken and not fixed. We accidentally kicked it on the way in & out and also making it hard to close the door of because they would pop out."

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. "Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."
