The room was clean, but the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly. Parking was difficult to navigate. I asked a parking attendant about hotel parking and he refused to speak—just pointed in the direction of the elevator. Very unprofessional. Outdated tv tech. I will not return.

Was not told that the pool was under construction and was also not told about the parking at the hotel NOT being included with your stay. Only stayed one night and had to call for shampoo and conditioner.

Juan was super helpful during our stay. Giving us food recommendations and keeping us abreast of the pending cold temperature dips. Loved its location to the XL Center which was just a skywalk away. We’d certainly stay again.

Hotel was very nice and quiet. Staff was somewhat friendly and housekeeping did a somewhat decent job of cleaning. Two things we absolutely hated about the hotel and made us decide to not return there again, we had to pay for parking for each night we were there and in our room the extension cord would cut off unexpectedly every single time we wanted to use the microwave. In the extension cord, the tv, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge were plugged in so all of those appliances would cut off every single time we used the microwave and we had to use the end of a hanger to cut the extension back on each time it cut off. Very annoying, frustrating and inconvenient.
