This place needs a lot of work. The door let tons of cold air in and i had to put stuff in front on the door to stop the cold. There are huge cobwebs in the skylight and cobweds in the bathroom. The shower is so small its near impossible to use. The bed was very comfortable but thats all i can say about the place.

The staff were super friendly, especially their sweet pup and kitty who greeted us when we arrived! The check in and out process was a breeze! Location was great, views of the mountain from our cabin. They let us choose which cabin was best suited for us as we had two large dogs, and the cabin selected had a good size area to let our pups outside when needed. It was a cozy cabin, wifi worked well, and we were able to settle down in the evening with snacks and movies using Tubi on the TV. The cabin had a small amount of kitchen utensils and they had a hot plate, kettle, microwave, mini fridge, and the necessities we needed to make a small meal and coffee. Bathroom was quite small but expected for a studio cabin. Overall pretty clean, they provided pillows and extra blankets although we travelled with extras. No designated parking lot for the cabins, we had parked on the street across from our cabin. We will definitely stay again!

The units are like older cabins and the quality is about the same. Even though the price is in the budget-wise range, the value from the units does not seem on par with the price. The units let in outside noise and in the winter months, the windows and door don't block the outside temperature. You are required to take your own garbage out. If you need more garbage/recycling bags or toilet paper, you need to get them yourself from the office when the property staff are around. The location does not have any convenience stores around so you need to travel to Canmore for those items. The kitchenettes have some normal kitchen utensils but don't include everything. Some units have very old stoves and refrigerators.

Title: A Mixed Bag for New Year's Eve I recently stayed at a cabin for New Year's Eve, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The location was beautiful, nestled in the woods with a serene atmosphere. However, the cabin itself left much to be desired for the price. Pros: The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a quiet getaway. The cabin had a cozy fireplace, which added a nice touch to the chilly winter night. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Cons: The cabin was not as clean as expected. There were cobwebs in the corners and dust on the furniture, rips in the old lopsided couch and its cover. But hey it's an old cabin. The amenities were outdated, and the windows drafty. Overall, it was an average stay. While the location and ambiance were lovely, the cabin itself could use some improvements to make it a more enjoyable experience.

I love property, I love the rustic cabins I wonder if having a full time desk agent there v would be better. I stayed there when I was a very young in the 70s, I lived in one of the cabins with my parents for an entire winter. I’m so glad to see her there and they’re functional and I could rent one because it was very nostalgic for me. What was uncertain was why there was never anyone there. There was a nice lady there, but she never spoke any English. II’m so glad to see her there and they’re functional and I could rent one because it was very nostalgic for me. What was uncertain was why there was never anyone there. There was a nice lady there, but she never spoke any English. And I had to wait I had to call a number that was given to me to get checked in. I didn’t really know what else to do? The cabinet itself was good but it could use a cleaning cobwebs everywhere other than that was fine I didn’t have any very high expectations because I haven’t been there since the 70s and if they’ve been there that long I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t expecting too much

Love the privacy of these cabins. My wife and i stay here every time while visiting Canmore. They are not a 5 star resort by any means however if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay, these cabins will do just right.
