"het is een hotel met twee gezichten. Van vrijdagmiddag tot en met zondagochtend was het hotel goed gevuld. de keuken was tot laat in de avond open en het ontbijt op zaterdag en zondag zeer uitgebreid. de overige dagen ging de keuken 's avonds om 19.00 dicht en kon er ook geen koffie meer worden besteld. wat werkelijk tegenviel was het feit dat onze kamer (wij waren er 5 nachten) niet eenmaal is gereinigd en dat nieuwe handdoeken en toiletpapier door ons zelf bij de receptie afgehaald moesten...

"I was really surprised by how good this hotel was, really good condition, nice location, super comfy bed, kitchen facilities in room, good shower. The breakfast buffet was really tasty, good eggs and sausage. In the evening the restaurant serves really good food at a decent price, and the beer and service is good. Staff were fun, helpful and professional. Local environment is quiet, the local town a 15 minute walk, but its an easy and safe walk, and worth it as there are a couple of bars...

"Our check in was easy and we were shown to our apartment and where to park our car in an enclosed, locked lot. We were just a few minutes walk to the city center of this charming town. There were lots of choices for eating and shopping nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment was an upgrade from the 1 bedroom we had reserved. The kitchen was immense as well as the patio/balcony which could seat 8 comfortably. September was the perfect month for exploring the old town of Goslar. "

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...

"Fantastic place. Not fancy, but clean, friendly and just a great stay! Restaurant closed Mondays, but a nearby restaurant "Klippe" took care of us:-) after dark, we had to figure out to use the side door with our key card, but got it to work. Breakfast was great, staff amazing. Ate at restaurant the next day and it was fabulous! Also- the 'conference room' area has an honorary system: take a snack, beer or wine and deposit some cash into a little piggy bank! Love it!!!!"
