"The room was perfect for big families, my kids had lots of fun with the numerous safari themed soft toys in the room. The hotel is also within walking distance to a convenience shop (Lawson), restaurants and the Osu Shopping Street! "We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"Likes: great location, easy access to trains and busses. Clean. Generous with provisions - including daily complimentary facial wash set with moisturiser. 2 complimentary bottlefy water daily etc. quiet despite being in a busy central location. Just an escalator down are many restaurants including the superb din dai fung. Great buffet breakfast- the eel rice is a super plus! Staff polite. Easy self check out service. Cons: the room is small but considering the central location that is to be expected in major cities. Breakfast although good is similar daily so might get a bit boring for those staying for longer days."

"The place was super huge and comfortable and the bathtub was super huge as well. Chose this place to stay as it was considered like a rest stop for us in nagoya. Though it was slightly far from the nagoya station it is still walkable. The station had many things and a huge takashimaya. Around 10min away from the hotel there's a huge donki which is not very crowded but it is more like a super market kind of donki. Overall it was a pretty peaceful area. The hotel facilities were great. The bathrobe was a 2 piece - shirt n pants which was comfortable. Everything in the hotel was pretty. "

"Chubu Airport Shuttle Bus service drops off and picks up right in front of the hotel. The Hotel breakfast service is both satisfying and tasty. The lobby has free coffee. Family Mart, Lawson's, and 7-11 are close to the hotel. Taxi service, subway and the bus line is easy to access."
