Facility was nice and clean with the exception of the carpet in the room. The carpet in the room felt damp and was not clean. It was tacky on your feet had to wear shoes inside. The receptionist only had a king room to change us to, but it would not accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. This experience will not cause me not to stay here again.

Updated, clean. Full American breakfast and a snack shop in the lobby. Room was spacious and a good value. My only complaint was the front desk staff. She would barely speak and did not orient me to the building or amenities. Not good to have inhospitable staff at such a nice place.

Easy quick check in. Pleasant lady up front at desk. Fairly quiet had no complaints on noise. Bed was comfy -,pillows kind of flat. Nice pool and little store by breakfast area for quick snacks. Safe area.
