"Lovely stay at Ramside. First time we have been here and we will be back. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, only issue was that it smelt a bit damp when we walked in but opened patio doors and aired it and was ok afterwards. Lovely clean rooms. Beds not the most comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and a double/king size bed would be better than 2 beds put together, kept falling down the middle. Next time may look to upgrade to a premier room. Restaurants are lovely and the food was amazing. Haven’t tried the Asian fusion one yet but heard good things about it. Spa is one of the best ones around. Booked in for a massage. Would highly recommend. Gym and pool area is great for relaxing. "

"Had to charge room as window wouldn't shut tight so you could hear the noise from the carriage way and that was on the other side of the hotel, swapped rooms the next day and that was ok. Problem resolved quickly and staff very friendly."

"It was an amazing stay, staff lovely and helpful, food was great in restaurant, rooms were really nice too, only negative would be bathroom! Tiles broken on floor where toilet is and window need a blind or curtain as tge frosted stickers are peeling off and people can see into bathroom! However this did not take away from an amazing stay. Anyone using pool should probably be made aware pre visit that you need a padlock for lockers also."

"Room 386 is classed accessible but it is furthest from reception and the lift. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the ridiculous distance from the lift. "

" Excellent location. Adequate parkng available. Good leisure facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Bar is not very homely but easy access to good bars/ restaurants external to the hotel. "
