"Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. "Tolle Gegend für Ausflüge gibt viel zu sehen. Wir waren von Bamberg bis Fichtelsee unterwegs. Gute Unterkunft für Familien da 4 Schlafzimmer.Untere Bad müsste renoviert werden aber die Dusche ist völlig okay. Wäre schön wenn die Schränke in den Zimmern leer wären für die eigene Kleidung. Waren trotzdem zufrieden "

"Overall, our stay was great. The manager was on site daily and was actually there when we checked in to assist. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. The showers have good water pressure and get warm/ hot quickly. The challenges of this facility are that the wi-fi doesn't work and that our parking spot was stolen by other guests on two occasions and there was no way to remedy this situation. "

AMAZING

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. The bar was the smallest I have ever seen and way too SMALL for the amount of visitors and the size of spa. It had a very SMALL pool to walk up too but it was always pretty full and DEFINITELY understaffed! "

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "
