"It's truly 'out of the way and quiet, and overall a well appointed little house to stay in for a few nights. Access to the site is a bit awkward as the property is located within the overall confines of the campsite which runs along Denntalstraße and the Reception at the campsite appear to be either ignorant of . or have some feud with fhe existence of holiday hones in their surroundings and were downright rude when asked for directions!"

"Ein sehr schönes, kleines Chalet. Sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, sowohl innen wie auch die komplette Außenanlage. Wir haben uns nur im Spätherbst eine kleine Auszeit gegönnt, können uns aber auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zu einer anderen Zeit dort vorstellen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt an nichts! Sehr gut durchdacht eingerichtet und trotz der geringen Größe viel Stauraum für eigenes Gepäck. Jederzeit wieder!"

"Alfred and Nicole’s place is so artfully done, peaceful, and comfortable. It is impeccably clean and they were the most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. The property is just outside a small town, and there isn’t too much traffic during the day but at night it is silent. They were so welcoming of our little dachshund, and the gate can be closed to provide a safe place for a doggie to investigate. Their dog Paul is a lovely good boy. "We loved staying at this property. The location was brilliant with easy access to the small local town. But also good connections to Many major cities and some stunning small towns on the Rhine such as Boppard. The house has fly screens on all windows and doors, which was fantastic for me as I always get bitten by mosquitos. Not here I didn't. 2 x bedrooms are a good size for our needs. Garden was lovely and quiet. Good WiFi for those who can't do without it. My 12 year old daughter being one...

"Great house to stay at but a car is essential if you plan on a lot of exploring and for local shopping. Local bus stop just around the corner for both directions and Vallandar is around a 30 minute walk away or nearest city of Koblenz (which is wunderbar!) is a 30 minute bus trip. "Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "

"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."
