"We rented the chateau to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with children and grandchildren (13 of us). Everyone was delighted with the beautiful and spacious home, the property and the location. We were able to travel to many wonderful places nearby and a little bit further out in France. "Lovely old building with pleasant grounds but the unit lacked a great deal. Firstly, no air conditioning on a 34 degree day is a huge problem for anyone. We had to ask for a fan and leave windows on ground floor open all night in order to get some kind of sleep. NOT IDEAL for safety. "The property is down a lane in a very rural location about 2Kms outside Rance and it is about as tranquil and relaxing as you could imagine with just the distant baa ing of the sheep for company. The bedrooms and bathroom and toilet are downstairs with the living accommodation and patio upstairs which works very well. We absolutely loved it and were blessed with fine weather. To note the downstairs toilet is very compact."

Visit this hotel.

"Stayed 2 nights at the start and end of a trip to Europe. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, even with 4 adults and 1 dog. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and had everything you would expect. A usb port in the room would be useful but other than that I can't offer any room for improvements. Easy hotel to get to, with free secure car parking. The breakfast has a more European feel than some hotels with a large choice. It is a medium sized hotel with everything you will need. We will certainly be going back when in the area. Of note when we arrived on the first night the lady on reception welcomed our dog with a free bowl of biscuits. Fantastic."
