"Exceptionally CLEAN, NO BUGS! It was just like being at home, but better. Plenty of room, a well maintained property and it brought a smile to my face until I departed. A beautiful view and outdoor space including wood for your bonfire! Best of all was the fishing!! You can walk out the door and you're just steps away from throwing your pole in and catching one! The dock is huge and very well lighted; and the night fishing was killer!! Everything, you need is right here.... in Paradise...

"This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. They were delighted about having their own space with a popcorn machine and plenty of games/toys/tvs. The kitchen was more than what we expected. "Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
