Can’t trust everyone
I wasn’t Happy with the cleaning lady who cleaned my room and my earrings were missing when I returned and things that were considered trash was on the counter/desk but my earrings that were next to those things on the bed were still there but my earrings were missing. There’s no way anyone could not visibly see two gold/diamond earrings. The next day one was found allegedly in the trash outside the hotel. The women that worked the front desk were nice and concerned but the cleaning lady has some explaining to do. She never once said she was sorry, she never went nice asked me anything. I’m very upset about my personal belongings that was given to me from my deceased father and now I only have one when it should be two. If one mysteriously was found at 12 midnight then two should be found as well. I wasn’t accommodated for my loss or even given an opportunity to even be compensated in any way. This is what people write reviews about and I want to hear from the owner.

This property was very clean and the property manager was very helpful. While the website said it had a hotel shuttle it was actually a taxi cab. I wasn’t expecting to pay for the cab but I was grateful to have a ride from the airport at 1 am.

El dueño muy amable. Nos ha informado sobre la habana, hemos tenido un problema con la luz y ha venido inmediatamente. El alojamiento limpio y muy bien ubicado. Solo he echado en falta alguna toalla más pero visto como esta la situación es entendible.
