The full kitchen, open to the living area, has all the basic appliances, dishes, pots, and utensils. Guest provide their own meals. Washer/ Dryer, iron and board, hairdryer are included; as are linens, pillows, and towels. The large bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bedroom has one queen bed. A large patio deck over Compass Creek offers seating, fire pit, and propane gas grill for your enjoyment.
Close by, Lake Chatuge, offers fishing, boating, rentals, kayaking, swimming, walk trails, and picnicking.

Best place in Hayesville!!
Had a wonderful stay over thanksgiving break, the place was beautiful along with beautiful scenery all around, will definitely be making this a usual stay if they’ll have us back, by far the best place we have stayed in Hayesville! Thank you for your hospitality

A gem of a guest suite in an idyllic location
My husband and I spent a 4-day weekend in Lynn's beautiful guest apartment along a mountain stream in the Tusquittee Valley about 7 miles north of Hayesville, NC. The apartment is in the rear downstairs of her lovely villa-like home, with its own walkway, deck, patio furniture, grill, and all overlooking a beautiful rhododendron-lined creek. The guest suite had its own parking in front, so it did require a walk along the nicely-maintained boardwalk with 5-6 steps to get to the rear deck (making it unsuitable for a wheelchair, if that is a concern). The interior was beautifully decorated with a French motif, and the furnishings were attractive and quite comfortable. The living room had a sofa, armchair, and recliner. A desk and a puzzle table (with puzzle!) was in the area as well, and then a round glass dining table and a nicely decorated small kitchen. We didn't do any cooking so I can't comment on utensils, etc.. but the apartment has a large refrigerator (thoughtfully stocked with some basic items) and a microwave. Another thoughtful touch that we appreciated was that Lynn left us a bottle of wine and two muffins as a welcome gift. So nice! The bedroom and bathroom were also nicely furnished and full of supplies anyone might need. We felt so very comfortable staying here, and we especially appreciated Lynn's pet-friendly policy so we could bring our dog. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to come back again in a few months. We appreciate the care and hospitality. Thank you, Lynn!

Peace and quiet
I stayed here with my two pups over the 4th of July and it was the perfect getaway. The space is just as pictured and the patio along the creek was beautiful. If you're looking for a peaceful place to disconnect, this is it! Lynn was a lovely host.

We had such a great time staying here. Lynn is such a great hostess. From the moment you walk into the villa you can tell that she puts her heart into making the place feel like home. My favorite thing about this beautiful place was the creek.
