Our house was extensively remodeled in 2021. We upgraded with a Gourmet Kitchen, dining room, family room and all 3 bathrooms (new vanities/showers). We widened all 3 sliding doors so you have incredible views from the kitchen/dining room/family room/ master bathroom.

Sit on the deck while monitoring your food in the BBQ. Don't like to cook? Pick up food in downtown Healdsburg and bring it up. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away!
Healdsburg Bliss House is a noted unofficial hillside landmark. This comfortable open floor plan ranch style home is high up on a ridge above the stunningly gorgeous Dry Creek Wine Valley. Just 1.5 miles from downtown Healdsburg, the home is a blissfully peaceful escape surrounded by 80 acres of lush vineyards. (.6 miles down West Dry Creek rd). The 100ft deck and expansive windows provide endless opportunities to take in the literally 100 mile-180 degree views of vineyards, forests, mountains, big skies and florid sunsets. Watch the hot air balloons rise to the south or the plumes of steam from The Geysers in the surrounding northeast mountains. Bring binoculars and check out the myriad of birds swooping by. Read on the deck, bbq while sipping wine and taking in the views. An outdoor dining table for 6 is a commanding location from which to dine and leisurely watch the sunset. The master suite opens to the deck and the spacious gourmet kitchen/dining/family great room has views as does the generous living room.
Bliss House Hillside Setting: This truly unique location is up a 1/4 mile shared gated and paved drive which is in great condition and suitable for all types of cars.
Bring the camera and the binoculars and no matter what season-warm outerwear as evenings can be cool.
House has 3 bedrooms. Master has a King bed and AMAZING views as well as an attached bathroom with soaker tub. Other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and are on the back side of the house
Kitchen: Has everything you need! New and updated. Has an island with stools so you can sit and talk to whomever is working in the kitchen. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker (also a drip is you like that better). 4 burner gas range with plenty of pots/pans to cook what you need. Rather BBQ? Thats located on the deck.
Parking: Lots of easy free parking in the driveway! (4 cars max)

The Weather: From April through August, most afternoons are pretty and bright with breezes. Mornings and nights are usually cool and sometimes the early morning fog comes in to kiss the grapes. Temperatures can range 30-40 degrees in a 24 hour period. September and October is almost always warm and there is less early morning mist or fog. However, there are exceptions...so don't forget the pullover or wrap. Even in winter, when we get the rains that make this such a lovely place...there are many many break through days with crisp sunshine.
Note: We do have some security camera's outside the house (not inside). They are not actively monitored and are in place to see around the house (we had a water leak once and had no way of knowing, with the camera's we can).
Note: Our internet is usually 12mbs or a bit higher. Its worked for me for zoom meetings. But you can't have a 4 or 5 people trying to stream video/download files at the same time. Internet access is limited in our location (no fiber/coax), but its usually fairly fast.
