The staff from receptionists to bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Dont miss the nice drinks and snacks in the lobby area. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was the TVs not being capable of using streaming services like Netflix etc.

Decent rooms and nice breakfast buffet, but the rooms can be noisy as they open out onto an internal courtyard shared with the bar - people drinking until midnight can be a bit noisy. Also the gym is a total joke :-(

Gorgeous hotel
Such a beautiful stay. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Free parking was super easy to locate over the weekend/evening. Very close to the river and old town/ castle. The gym was also well equipped with everyone you would need. Hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. I had a great visit and would come back again in a heart beat.

We recently stayed at your hotel and just wanted to compliment the entire management & the staff for making our staying at your property a memorable and enjoyable experience.  In our opinion, your hotel is a 4 star hotel and we really loved the architecture & room decor, atrium space, breakfast restaurant space and bar lounge, etc. Amazing breakfast each morning was presented with many fresh food options & drink selections and with very efficient service.  This experience reminded us of when we went to a 5 star all-inclusive resort.  All staff were fabulous but wanted to recognize Ms. Scholler & Ms. Ilaria Catulo from guest relations and Mr. Oliver Lomas from breakfast restaurant team for their above and beyond service provided to make our staying at NHC very comfortable.
