"Business-Trip nach Heidelberg: hoch oben im Odenwald liegt das tolle neue Hotel, mit TOP-Service, super leckerem Frühstück (zB gibt es selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot - heutzutage sehr selten), eine kleine aber feine Saune mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Heidelberg, im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank. Die Rezeption war total nett! "

Just out of walking distance from the historic part of town, but public transport close by. A good spot for anyone planning to spend most of their time outside of the hotel and just needing a place to sleep at the end of the day. "

The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat...

"Well, what's not to like about the Europäischer Hof? It is simply a luxurious hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Everything about the hotel was super. And, it should be for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. We arrived on Christmas Eve and had a fixed course to menu Christmas Eve dinner in their restaurant. It was scrumptious. The service was outstanding, the food was divine, and the setting was perfect. I can't think of one complaint that I would have...
