Overall a good experience. I can’t get used to the double beds that aren’t really joined together. Pool and sauna areas were excellent. Food was expensive. Lots of families enjoying the school holiday.

Positives: fast checkin and checkout, nice bar. Negatives: building site for spa is a mess, parking lot without lighting behind this, veeeery dated furniture and finishes and technology in rooms, modest breakfast.

The hotel operates like a factory: way too little personnel to address the needs of customers. The dining options are not really options: over-priced buffer or an a la carte restaurant which does not take any table reservations. We got tired of waiting and simply drove to another place to have dinner. The rooms are not cleaned every day (not even towels replaced which is strange as the hotel focuses on sporting).

The drain smell in sauna was incredible. After posting a note of that I got a quick reply. But then - just nothing. No notice at the check-out, no info if they actually did anything to it or not. Even thinking of the condition of sauna makes me still sick..

Normihotelli. Siisteys hyvÀ. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta maksamaani huonehintaan nÀhden valikoimaltaan alakanttiin ja hienoinen pettymys. SÀÀstösyistÀkö esim. karjalanpiirakoita ei ole tarjolla joka aamu? Hotellihuoneeseen olisin myös kaivannut jotakin lisÀÀ, esim. suihkutilassa ei ollut erillistÀ pyyhettÀ jaloille (suihkusta pois astuttaessa), ja kenkÀlusikkakin olisi hyödyllinen. Vaikutelma huoneesta oli pelkistetty. Siihen nÀhden, ettÀ maksoin kolmesta yöstÀ lÀhes 600 euroa, neljÀnnen kerroksen ikkunastani avautuva nÀkymÀ (ilmastointivehkeitÀ ja seinÀÀ) oli ikÀvÀ. KylpylÀÀ en testannut, sillÀ olettaisi, ettÀ maksamaani hintaan kuuluisi hotellivieraille kÀynti kylpylÀssÀ.

Liikaa vÀkeÀ suhteessa henkilöstöön ja majoituskapasiteettiin. Henkilökunta kyllÀ teki parhaansa, mutta tunnin odotus aulassa, ettÀ saat huoneenavainen on liikaa. Aamupala oli todella heikko, laadullisesti surkea ja silti kaikki loppu. Illallinen oli myös melkoinen farssi, liki tunnin jono siihen ainoaan ravintolaan.

Vastaanotto todella ruuhkainen. Ei lĂ€heskÀÀn tarpeeksi henkilökuntaan. SisÀÀnkirjautumista joutui odottamaan puoli tuntia. Huoneessa seinĂ€t olivat ihan pölyssĂ€ kahdesta kohtaa mistĂ€ poistettu joskus kaksi taulua. LisĂ€ksi mielestĂ€ni törkeÀÀ rahastusta, ettĂ€ kylpylĂ€hotellissa joutuu maksamaan ylimÀÀrĂ€istĂ€, ettĂ€ saa kylpytakin ja tossut kĂ€yttöönsĂ€. Pitöisi kuulua hintaan jos huone maksaa melkein 200€/yö. Muuten ihan kiva hotelli ja uusi kylpylĂ€ hieno vaikka yllĂ€ttĂ€vĂ€n pieni jq ahdas.

Mukava ja siisti kylpylÀ, kiva lapsiperheelle! Ravintolatarjonta hotellissa huono ainakin hiihtolomaviikolla. Aamupala hyvÀ. Vaikka hotelli oli vasta hetki sitten avattu, niin siitÀ tuli hieman nuhjuinen vaikutelma: huoneessamme oli sÀnky rikki ja kylppÀristÀ löytyi tullessa edellisen asukkaan hiuskoriste. Tulivat kuitenkin korjaamaan sÀngyn jo seuraavana pÀivÀnÀ.
