The booking was online and you get a front door code and a bedroom assigned to you. You see no staff. You have to make your own bed. Vi kunne dog ikke få spaen til at virke (efter en time hvor den efter sigende skulle have varmet vandet op, var det stadig koldt), så det projekt opgav vi. Everything was good except that my room was right above the entrance which meant a lot of noise from guests coming and leaving or smoking outside. I could also smell the smoke.
