"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. "Lovely characterful accommodation with masses of space for the four of us. Charlottenlund is quiet with a lovely beach nearby. It’s very quick into Copenhagen on the train and yet in Charlottenlund you feel a million miles away. Not exactly a place for people looking for the nightlife but a superb place for a family looking to travel around and come back to a super house. Host was very helpful and kind."
