I found the hotel really convenient, with easy access to public transport and close to the terminal for going to Tallinn, if you wanted to. It's also just a few minutes from the city centre, which is great. One point to note is that there is no on-site reception, which I hadn't noticed when I booked. However, half an hour before check-in time, I received an e-mail with all the information I needed, and everything went perfectly.

It is always a very nice stay at Hiisi hotel! Clean rooms big Bathroom...kitchen outside in a little room and also with a big Dinner/Breakfast room you can prepare your food!

Pretty average experience in all regards. Price was ok for what it was, and the bed + blanket + pillow was good, but bathroom needed cleaning and the drinking glasses needed to be rinsed WELL to be able to use them. renovations at the hotel floor was not optimal for enjoyment.

Its worth for the price you pay. there is no reception. everything is straightforward. they text you the code 30mints before arrival. very close to the central 10-15mints by train. less than a minute to the tram stop.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge in the room which was great and there's access to a laundry room, kitchen and guest living area. The room was very hot when I arrived as the curtains were open and the fan was off - once I had ran the fan and closed the curtain for a few hours it cooled down a bit.

Easy to find- I had 6 people and 2 rooms. One room was a sleeper for 2 but no bathroom…the second room was very very small. I assumed there was a bathroom in each room. Rooms were clean and beds were good. We played cards in the “kitchen” area. Not sure where the sauna is.

Finding the entrance was difficult coz there's no signage. Going inside was eerie coz the light turns on only when it sense some presence. No one to greet you. The room is like a hospital room for geriatrics. I was scared going inside the building by myself.

Its a decent place for single travellers. Rooms are not too big. A kettle used to be provided in the rooms, this has now been removed for no reason. In the morning you will need to get hot water from a vending machine. If the dip tray is full, then good luck, since there is no sink to empty the dip tray. Most importantly since there is no staff on site you are probably stuck.

The hotel is above the hospital so found scary. Sorry to be direct. Owner should find better place. Hotel in the same building of Hospital is not good idea. Well room and bathroom was nice tho. I will never prefer stay in such hotel. Sorry for bad comments.

My room did not have any kitchen facilities, just an electric kettle and dorm fridge. This was fine, though I was expecting a bit more based on the description. The worst part of my stay was the utter lack of hot water. At best I achieved mildly lukewarm and that, only for a minute or so on the hand tap. This was unacceptable.

The room was hot as sauna without a chance to open windows. If the weather is 30 degrees C would have appreciate someone had closed the curtains to block the entire day a direct sunshine. Safety box did not work even I read manual and attempted to open it with any default code provided.

Great hotel, very close to public transportation
This is a great hotel. It is very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large. It is super easy to get there as the closest metro stop is only a very easy 15 minute ish walk away but the closest tram stop is literally halfway across the street from the main entrance. Prior to my stay, I received a lot of emails from the property, telling me exactly what to expect and how to access the property, which was incredibly nice since there didn't seem to be anyone actually working on site. As opposed to the usual 10 minute or so check in time, it took me approximately 2 minutes to enter the building and get into my room. The only issue I dealt with (and so did the 2 other groups of people who showed up to the hotel at the same time that I did) was that there was a slight problem finding the main entrance to the hotel. It's what looked to be like a random door. It's a small nitpick, but it was pretty confusing for a couple of minutes initially.

Property is in quiet area in close proximity to a water and shopping area. Booking and access was easy. There is no staff onsite so you need wifi or phone to get the information to enter which is provided only 1 hr before arrival. It makes it a bit difficult for international travellers. Inside the room there are not enough written instructions. You have to call to get information. Temperature inside rooms is too hot and there is no in room temp control. We had to use fan all the time and still could not sleep very well due to warm temperature. Bathrooms are of good size, but shower is not enclosed and splashed water makes whole washroom dirty. Shower caddy and wiper were broken in 1 room and hand shower was leaking in another room. Facility of common kitchen with supply of utensils and crockery was excellent. Living/dining room and coffee dispenser with free coffee were very nice. I wish there was a washbasin in dining area. Cleaning service for kitchen and common dining area was very good.
