A lovely, clean apartment at a very reasonable price, in a convenient location. Easy to check in and park - there’s a supermarket next door, as well. Lovely views to the sea. There was a washing machine in the apartment and a laundry room downstairs, which was brilliant! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views from the 15th floor towards the sea. All facilities clean and staff very friendly. We really liked the access to sauna. Seems that hotel has ton of common activities and facilities, those would be very handy when staying a longer period.

This is a high tech well constructed new property. I love many details of the construction even how well caulking was done. This place speaks volumes about the Finnish culture. Public transportation is right in front of the studio and there is a small grocery store 10 steps from the studio. This is a partially hosted model. We had couple of technical key access glitches that had to be redone. In our case it was not a big deal but I can imagine it can be tricky with young children arriving outside of the hosted hours in deep Finnish winter with technical glitches.

I loved it so much here, i had to come back. It feels like home but much safer. Very helpful & friendly staff. Very close to public transport, supermarket and a very good restaurant just up the road. ( Fat Lizard.) I'm actually very sad to be leaving. I don't want to go home!!

Self check-in had some problems but staff was helpful. New building and very nice rooms but bed/sheets were uncomfortable. Breakfast from nextdoor cafe was excellent but would be expensive if not included in the price.

Great!
This is a great place to stay to save some money outside of Helsinki (which is very expensive!). It is easy to reach from the Central station or Kampi (nearby). Get off at Alto University then take the tram to the next stop (Maari). The room had everything, including a small kitchen complete with a fridge, pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. Laundry facilities on site, as well. Also, there is a grocery store quite literally across the parking lot.
