"Room cleaning was superb. Missed replacing beer once. Coffee service in 139 was hit and miss. Waiters seem to forget…or were ordered elsewhere. Main complaint is about taxi driver Ramy Khottabh. Was helpful and efficient for three days and the failed to show Today, Saturday for our airport ride. ..."
