The entire holiday home from 1824 has been constantly and lovingly renovated and modernized for you, and has 3 separate entrances.
A very individual and rustic, but at the same time modern equipment guarantees you a pleasant stay in our house!

In the country house there are 2 fully equipped kitchens and a small pentry kitchen so you can cook together or against each other!
You have 3 bathrooms, of which 1 with shower / WC and 2 with bath / WC. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bedsitting rooms with sofa beds for up to 10 people.

All guests can dine together in a large living room, the hallway apartment with fireplace on a banquet table. There are still another stoves in each of the cozy apartments.
W-Lan, bed linen, towels, the final cleaning, and all utilities are already included in the price. Firewood for the stoves and the two campfires are free.

Behind the house, the River Oste meanders along. The dyke of the river is in sight and a hiking trail leads to the river and the moor (DUDEI), where until a few years ago peat was mined. In the meantime, the moor has become wild.

The house is surrounded by a large courtyard with lawns, many fruit trees and shrubs (apple trees, cherry trees, pear trees and raspberry bushes - at the right time there are fresh fruit to snack on), it is surrounded by ancient large oaks.
At the house are 3 terraces with seating and cushions, parasol, and 2 gas grills to prepare the finest treats.

As a highlight, the garden offers 2 campfire sites (by prior arrangement with the landlady) and enough wood to sit comfortably at the fire in the evening.

In the vicinity of the farm are many fruit farms, farm shops, meadows and forests. The street where the house is located is quiet and lined with trees. Along the road leads a small canal, which flows into the river Oste (a tributary of the Elbe).

As destinations are z. B. Stade with its Speicherstadt (20 min), Hamburg (1std), Elbhalbinsel Krautsand with the finest sand beaches (20 minutes) the Wingst (15 min) with zoo, Otterndorf (15min) with the game and sports park with high wire - climbing garden and summer toboggan run or Cuxhaven ( 1h) with the Welkulturerbe Wattenmmer - North Sea and Wattwandern to Neuwerk, or deep sea cruises to Helgoland, Bremerhaven with the Emigration Center, Zoo by the sea & Klimahus offers in the area a lot of variety for big and small.

For a pleasant journey, there is a private car park for up to 7 cars.
