"All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "

"The room was a very standard for the price but had the advantage that mine was on the ground floor with a door that opened onto a small lawn (useful when travelling with a dog). The breakfast had a very good selection. The parking area was ample and the area felt secure."

"We originally had Airbnb accommodations for that night. When we arrived we did NOT feel safe so I had to make immediate reservations. My niece came across Hotel Ibaïa and we booked a reservation. It was beautifully designed, spotless and very quiet. We had an extremely long and stressful day and needed to be somewhere safe. We walked along the beach, ordered a pizza not too far away. The hotel was exactly what we need. Thank You, Hotel Ibaia!"

"The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times. "
