"Although it’s a franchise hotel, it felt special and classy. The bakery and coffee shop downstairs is great in the morning, and they offer a discount to guests (be sure to tell them, they don’t ask and don’t advertise it). Somethings are not explicitly clear, like the basement (floor zero in the elevator) is where the luggage store room is. If you need towels, you need to replace them yourself and they are kept someplace else on the hotel (we got ours by asking the cleaning service). Great...

"Visited over the winter season and the property was spacious and very clean. There was a gentleman who shovelled snow off my rental vehicle every morning before I even woke up. There were tractors working overtime to ensure the roads were clear of excess snow. The apartment is close to the capital and easy to find. Will visit again "

"This is the third time we have stayed in Reykjavik in Stay apartments. Would stay again. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, good facilities. Easy to access, great communication. Main point to note is that this is a great price every time we have stayed in expensive Reykjavik. The accomodation is priced great. "Parking was a challenge. I love that the apartment sits right outside the main strip with great bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. However, the locals and tourists party until 2AM so noise was definitely an issue when trying to sleep. There location also offers eady access to bus stops, which are handy for both going in and out og town and to be picked up by organised tours. "Hotel was picturesque, clean, located nearer the harbour part of town which meant it was quiet, but near enough to use the bus or walk into town. Small grocery shop next door. Property also had a cafebar within. Reception staff were helpful. More of a place for adults, but you could say that about the whole city. "
