"We arrived at the hotel and the hotel was amazing from the outside. The first day, everything was fine. No issues and we was satisfied. However, the rest of the holiday there was no air condition while the tempature was 30degrees. It was roasting throughout the whole holiday in the room. The second day, we was in the lift, it was 02:05 in the morning hours and the lift failed and dropped from the first floor. We was stuck in the lift for about 20 minutes with no help. I then had to jam open...

"Hosts were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, kind. Apartment was clean, calm and equipped. Local area stunning. Mountains and sea. Not expensive as tourism thankfully hasn’t yet overrun Montenegro. Would recommend staying in Herceg Novi with day trips to Kotor. Worth the effort. "

"We spent ten days in this beautiful place and we are delighted. Great family atmosphere and wonderful hospitable owners. Despite the heatwave and 40 degrees outside the flat was cool and you could go downstairs to the pool at any time. All was completes by a wonderful view from a large terrace on the bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. A place worth recommending and for sure we will return there again. "

"This is not in the area advertised, we only found out on our way to the apartment that this was not in the area advertised, It was extremely difficult to get the actual address. We left first thing the next morning as there was nothing around the area and the only internet access was in the stairwell, no tv or facilities. This is a scam."
