"This was our first visit as my daughter and I usually travel every six weeks from London to Hereford by train but will definitely review our travel plans and stay again now that we know you offer fantastic value for money. Your receptionist was helpful, polite and friendly and upon arrival instantly gave us the feeling she really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The whole hotel felt as though it was new and that included our room and bed which meant we had a great sleep. I don’t know the last time I have stayed in a hotel which has provided a free gym with leisure facilities and will definitely return and tell everyone we know. We hired the Pods for a stay we had afternoon tea . The food & service was exceptional. The pod was beautiful decorated with a Christmas theme just stunning . "
