"The place looks very old and ran down outside the rooms their is a big area with hobos. The rooms inside have old furniture and the sink clogged up every time we opened the faucet. Not worth the stay for the price. The main guy in the front was very friendly though. "

"We love it here! This home is so well taken care of, clean and a perfect place to rake our family trips. My mom, dad, husband and daughter have stayed at many places and nothing compares. When there is an issue, its resolved right away. The pool is perfect....temp and saltwater. the only thing needed is a rail to get our of the pool for my mom. We look forward to our next trip. "

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool every day and were pleasantly surprised to find pool floats and noodles available for use. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and there was ample space throughout the house for everyone to relax and spend time together. The bathrooms were outstanding, with plenty of hot water and high-quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. It was the perfect setting for a memorable Mother’s Day getaway. "Mariam was very responsive and the house was so fun to stay in. The house had 4 bedrooms and a nice pool in the back which was perfect for my group of 10. The place was only two miles away from the venue and very conveniently located near the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car.
The house itself is great other than a few weird things. No wastebasket in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. No manual on how to use the TV or any of the appliance. We waited like 15 minutes on the line with the property manager to try and figure out how to turn on the electric cooktop, but fortunately found a video on YouTube eventually. The outdoor barbecue is in poor condition, and was not strong enough to work well on a windy night, which is common there.
The communication with the property manager was excellent, but you really shouldn’t have to contact them so much. They leave a really nice welcome package with some swag, and things to get you through a few days.
Not sure if I would stay there again in hot weather, because the pool situation Is such an impact on the pricing?"
