"This property is in a great location. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need. The owner had liaised with me before arrival and had toddler proofed the property so we could relax and enjoy the space. So many quirky touches that enhanced the experience. This was a family break with a toddler, her mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and each generation was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. "

"Lovely house although need to be agile for all the stairs. The best equipped kitchen we've ever had which was great for our cook in evening. House was beautifully furnished and beds and bedding verycomfy. Only negative being the parking as no free parking in the evening in the car park behind the house and car park expensive. We did however find the free street parking further afield."

"Our suite had amazing views and plenty of space for us to relax in. Check in/out was simple and reception staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge area did have damp in it, which i think is being tackled by a heating unit. We wouldve appreciated cutlery besides teaspoons, tools to wash up (plates, bowls, microwave provided and room adverised as having a kitchenette). The main bedroom didnt have a radiator, when we asked staff they advised the heater in the lounge should address the lounge...

"Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. "

"We have just returned from a lovely 3 day, last minute break at Wayfarers Rest. The apartment was spotless and we wanted for nothing, it was like being at home …… actually, it’s probably nicer! Gaynor and Barry were wonderful hosts, so accommodating, welcoming and they had thought of everything. The welcome pack on our arrival was lovely. "The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."
