"Very comfortable but the service is terrible. No bathrobes, no slippers, everything takes forever. Housekeeping is the worst. It took an hour to get 2 handtoowels, toilet roll and drinking water, which was not refreshed in the room. The next day our room was not seviced till 7pm, yes 7pm, after many phone calls and chatting with the manager. Breakfast is very good but be patient for coffee, milk etc. Dont waste your money paying extra for Oceanview, we were in room 249 and all we saw was bush...
