My husband and I visited unique blue for a few nights May 2025. When arriving at the hotel we were instantly greeted by welcoming staff. I communicated with Chatzogiannakis, the front office manager before arriving and he was very helpful. He also arranged for us to have a generous upgrade which made our stay very special. We stayed in one of the villas and it was breathtaking. Very large with a huge soaker jacuzzi tub. It also has an expansive outdoor area with a private pool. All of the staff were great and had a high attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Unique blue!

Good beachfront close to the airport

Had a two night all inclusive stay. What I did not like was that you had to schedule visit to the gym, the sister restaurant at Cicada and that you had to go to the spa to get your next day towel. The wait for drinks to the beach was around 30-40 mins ordering via their app. The room was nice and the pool had great sunset setting.

Absolutely LOVED this is resort. The cleanest and friendliest one ive ever been to. You could tell they really took their time cleaning. They were very helpful with any questions. Conveniently located on the beach and very relaxing. Made my spouse and I feel comfortable. Beautiful aesthetic as well. Definitely would go back.

Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. Clean property, kind and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and design and right on the beach. Food and drinks were good too. Hope to return one day.

we stayed for week at this resort because it was an all-inclusive adult resort. It did not disappoint. The place is laid-back, beautiful, and perfect for all sorts of couples. You can order pool or beach-side from the app all sorts of drinks and food. This was incredibly convenient. The food was good with plenty of variety. The grounds are lovely. The only complaint was a group of young boys traveling together showed up two days before we left. They were obnoxious, loud, crude, and rude. They must have been "adults" but their behavior was unacceptable. I'm quite sure other guests complained. Clearly these boys were more interested in getting drunk and behaving like fraternity kids on spring break. All in all, the adult atmosphere and environment was outstanding. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel was incredibly clean and food amazing. Great views from your Sunbed and the best sandy beach I have been to in Greece. Only downsides are the amount of sunbeds pool side so you often have to get up early to get a bed or you will be on the beach. Then the beach club next door played music a few nights until the early hours which kept us awake. Other than that it is an amazing hotel

Super relaxing stay, impressed!

The resort is absolutely gorgeus and cleanliless is another level! We stayed there for our honeymoon for one week in beginning of June. The atmosphere is very calm at all times, even the hotel was nearly full. No rush times anywere, anytime. Staff are very friendly and professional and attention to details very good. Overall appearance and cleanliness is imaculate. F&B quality is also very very good. Lot of variation. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and they had everything for me to be able to indulge. Spa very relaxing and also housekeeping staff are very polite and you don't hear them around early hours of the morning at all. This has also been taking into account there. Super impressed and absolutely nothing to fault, not a single thing. High recommendation and my husband and I will definately visit this resort again!

Wow. What an incredible establishment! Money well spent indeed. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated to amazing service. I’m certain that you will not find a hotel providing a level of service like that in Crete. The staff ensured we felt like home and were friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Manos and Anna (Pool Bar) who really went the extra mile to brighten our days and make our stay even more pleasant. Service aside, the views are breath taking. Whether it was day or night, the views from the main/pool/blue bar overlooking infinity pool, sea, sunset and sunrise seemed so unreal. To top it off, the views of planes landing just a few miles away to the local airport was fascinating. The buffet food was amazing but the A La Carte took fine dining to a whole new level - we would highly recommend. The massage as also fantastic. My partner are 26 and 27 from the UK but sometimes felt like the the bar staff felt a bit patronised serving us and we slightly felt their “coldness”, there was also sometimes an issue with the language barrier with the staff serving drinks to the table. Nonetheless, this didn’t hamper our trip in anyway nor should it to anyone else planning to go. A solid 9.8/10 trip - see you again next year! P.S I’d also recommend checking out the Peskesi restaurant next door too as a bonus.
