Everything was spotless .Good quality linens too .Perfect for a short stay as it was close to Durham, Beamish etc .Only minor point was the lack of a lift to the upper floors but there were accessible rooms on the ground floor We did not have the cooked breakfast or hot meals but the menu looked good for the price Dining area looked clean ."
