A pleasant stay - comfy bed and a good shower!
"Finding car park was a bit tricky as Sat nav bit confused! Great location for Connexium Arena and Mall. Staff friendly, room very comfortable. Breakfast - one coffee machine could not cope with demand, would have liked more fruit but generally a decent breakfast."

Double-booked room
"The owner had mislaid my booking, and then the room was already occupied by someone else. Waited for an hour outside the property with minimal responses. Had to give up and find somewhere else instead."
