"Our stay was delightful. They were the only place in the city who accepted a reservation with a some what large dog and even helped me make the reservation since I was having a hard time. They checked me in at 11am so that me and the pup wouldnt have to wonder after a long drive. Our room had coffee and tea along with milk and cookies in the fridge. "Fabulous. Gorgeous hotel, spectacular views, amazing amenities. Genius to locate this hotel on the Ramon "crater". Architecture, pools, simply outstanding. From the front desk, to the golf carts, to the spa staff, 10 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to provide more information--in English--on how to access the bell boys and golf carts and to provide more beverages/snacks in the rooms. "

"This property is very dated. The owners have not invested to update. my room had rust in the shower. Half the shower water guard was gone or missing which allowed a ton of water to go into the washroom and accumulate on the floor. The towel rack in the shower, had a screw missing and looked like it was on it's last legs. Our Key card needed to be replaced three times. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. One of the bed lights had a broken support, so it worked but was hanging by it's wire. For such a big hotel, the parking lot is quite small. There was no soap in the shower. When I asked the cleaning staff, they said they didn't have any. The property is quite far from the beach area so you need to drive and then fight for parking. It's an ok property overall, however, I would have never paid the kind of money I did for this type of property. "

Delightful Getaway in Eilat

"Amazing property! So enjoyed just sitting on our balcony and looking out at the inner courtyard. Given how full the hotel was with guests, it was almost unbelievable how quiet the room was at night (and the blackout curtains were superb). The housekeeping and wait staff were courtesy and attentive. Well located, and ample parking. All around fabulous experience! "
