"This hotel is right on the water. Get a room with view if you can. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The coffee options in the room's coffee machine are not great, but you can get good coffee from the lobby at any hour. Breakfast is decent, though more fruit and oatmeal would be great. Best part though is the staff, all were very nice and helpful. I arrived at midnight and although their shuttle service closes at 10, they were nice enough to pick me up. Would definitely stay again."

"The condo was a great home base for a long weekend in the Traverse City area. Lots of great hiking both east and west, as well as the terrific TC dining scene. The condo was clean, well stocked, and fashionably decorated. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Love historic hotels! Nice large windows and rooms. Wish the windows were not locked from opening as the fresh air would have been wonderful. Great location. Bryan in the upstairs bar was wonderful! The smile greeting we received from the front desk person (Sundat sp) made my day!"

"Very nice property. Host communication was wonderful. Location is great right in the downtown area. There is some road noise but it didn’t bother me as I sleep with headphones in anyway but just something to be aware of. "
