We stayed here for one night last minute for a half marathon. I was surprised at how spacious the place was! Clean and quiet. They even left 2 water bottles and snacks for us. Didn't interact with front desk in person due to arriving after hours but they called and gave detailed instructions on how to access our room. Would stay again.

Good room

Spacious, apartment-like room with a small kitchen attached to the front room, big bathroom, smaller bedroom. Comfy bed, four fluffy pillows. Would book again.

. Totally met my needs and expectations.

Just an overnight on return trip from Florida. But the property was clean, well kept and the area was quiet. I had a late arrival but they were very accommodating and gave me explicit instructions for getting my key. It's a couple of miles (5) off my route but I would certainly stay again. Totally met my needs and expectations.

Not a Great Experience!

First off, this is not a typical motel, but is more of an extended stay. The office was never open while we were there except for check-in. We had to leave a day early, so weren't able to get a refund for early check out. To check out there are requirements otherwise a $50.00 fee will be charged-- strip your bed, place the sheets on the floor, put the other bedding in a pile on the bed, clean the kitchen, take out the trash, place all dirty towels on the floor. There are no amenities such as a coffee pot, shampoo,or Kleenex. No ice machine. Basically, once you check in if you need anything or have a problem, you are up the creek without a paddle. On a positive note it was clean, quiet, and in a good location.

The stay was decent . Nothing i would do longer than two nights . Receptionist was very sweet and pleasant, check in and out was very quick and easy. But very upset the first location cancelled the booking on me the week of my event due to overbooking. Be careful and try to book through the actual sites when you can. I was moved to the next location with no problem thank goodness they had space but the room downsized the bed which didn’t decrease my price when i felt it should have. All king beds were taken, we were grateful that a room was available but dogs barked through the night and there was a man yelling in the middle of the night that startled us. Dust everywhere and i killed 3 insects in one day . Highly suggest a thorough clean & to reconsider a refund of the cost by bed. Overall the stay was okay . We went for the hot air balloon festival

Low-Quality Property that did not match booking

The staff called to inform me they were leaving at 5pm and how to locate my key, which was simple enough. When I booked online, I booked a room with one bed and a pull out couch for my child. When I spoke to the person on the phone to request the linens for my daughter to sleep, she informed me that she did not have any extra pillows and that the room she put us in did not have a pull out. My child had to sleep on a tiny loveseat sized couch that is literally bolted to the floor that we covered in the provided sheet and a very thin blanket. When we arrived, the smell of air freshener was so strong; they are clearly trying to cover up a stale odor of this very aged property. We arrived around 9pm and there were police who came to the property for some sort of disturbance with another customer, although I do not know the reason. When I pulled back the cover in the bed, there was a brown stain on the sheets and we could hear shouting and banging throughout the night. Lastly, there was a thermostat in the room and the air was set to cool 68° but it did not go below 73° the entire night, which is much warmer than we prefer to sleep. While it certainly was a cheaper option, there are similarly-priced options that I would consider far superior to this property.

Great Place

Stay was fine but we had no idea this places closes around 5 pm. Luckily lady answered the door and told us where and how to get the key. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Big plus are the full kitchen, and very reasonably priced. Will stay here again when in the area.
