"Saigon 9 was an enjoyable stay for us in Hochiminh. The building is within walking distance of everything and taxi is super cheap if that’s the way you want to go. "The room wasn't a room. It was like presidential suite. It has seperate living area and an independent maid's room. I was at 8th floor and the river view was stunning. "Great value! Rooms were spacious for 2. I did not try breakfast buffet because I had to leave early in the morning. Requested for a packed breakfast meal which was provided (a sandwich, fruit, yogurt and fruit juice). There is small mall besides the hotel (food court on the top floor - very inexpensive and delicious meal under $5) and Family Mart convenience store. Shuttle pick up and drop off is free. You need to book in advance. Highly suggest you email hotel with your flight details. My domestic was delayed but I was still picked up.For domestic pick it’s outside exit A by the A09 pillar. There is a person with an IBIS sign. You can literally walk to the hotel. However, I do t see any pedestrian along the way. Not safe with all the vehicles and scooters who don’t stop for pedestrians.."
